Tori Gruber is an urban researcher and harm reductionist who recently graduated from the Design and Urban Ecologies MS program at the New School. She is working on an ongoing mapping project to archive existing programs that provide services to substance-using communities in urban areas. Her research of Upper Manhattan was a part of the Narcotic City Project panel this past September and October in Copenhagen and New York City. She is continuing her research in Los Angeles, California, where she currently resides.
